Such a great stay! The home was clean and thoughly enjoyed the patio space with the mountain back drop. Kitchen was perfect and beds were comfortable. Location was great, in the middle of what feels like the heart of Monument. Few minutes from the lake, walking distance to restaurants and the location was very quiet. The neighbor seemed to inherit a few deer, it was soo cool to see them in the mornings.

Very central, lovely views from the balcony, flat was well stocked with the essentials. Good base for exploring the Monument and Palmer lake area. The owners were very attentive when the wind knocked the broadband out before we arrived and helped get it sorted quickly.

This property has a good layout with all spaces thoughtfully planned and utilized. Decor and furnishings are tasteful and all expected amenities are provided plus more. We loved the location in downtown Monument. We enjoyed excellent restaurants, a taproom, ice cream and a great wine bar all within a short walk of the condo.

Great visit to Monument

We love staying in Monument and would stay here again. The property was clean and well appointed with comfy beds and furniture, K-Cups and laundry detergent. The unit is close to everything, with a great walkability factor! The layout does mean that you can easily hear everyone in any room of the unit, but if you don't mind that, it's fine.
