Wendy's family were great guests. Would highly recommend them as renters. Great communication, and very easy to deal with. Thank you for staying at our vacation rental!
The property was exactly what we needed the weekend after a busy Christmas holiday. It was huge and had so much space for all 12 of us to chill out, cook meals and play games. The house and all of the rooms were cozy and clean. We loved this house!
Location Location Location! This place is perfect for a trip to the Manchester area. We had two families with small kids and the house was great - plenty of room and very livable. Pretty grounds and well done interior. Loved our stay!
Spacious house, comfy beds, lots of amenities, anything you need to make a big family meal in the kitchen! All of this in a quiet neighborhood, close to the lovely town of Manchester.
We had a wonderful time in this Manchester house. It was very clean and comfortable and there was more than enough room for our party of eight. We would highly recommend this property
We had an amazing stay at the Manchester home. Perfect for our family Labor Day weekend. The house was huge giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was spacious as well and well stocked with great cookware and essentials which made cooking together enjoyable. The backyard and fire pit were perfect for kids to run around and play while others relaxed by the fire pit. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The country atmosphere is very quiet and close to the Manchester downtown. I highly recommend this for large families. Bill
Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very available and attentive. We loved the backyard for our dog. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and the location is near town and fine restaurants. Shopping was nearby. Lots of farm stands for fresh produce. Celia the housekeeper was very helpful and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this property for any time of the year. There is lots of room to spread out and was perfect for a family gathering in beautiful Manchester. We will be back!!
We were in Vermont for a wedding with my kids and grandchildren. We decided to stay for the week and enjoy the area. We are very glad we did. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for all 11 of us. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and roasting marshmallows in the firepit in the beautifully landscaped very private yard. When we left something in the house the property manager very kindly helped us work it out! I would definitely stay here again and recommend that you come stay too!
We had a wonderful family reunion for multiple generations in this spotless and spacious home in Manchester, VT. The kitchen had all the items we needed for our meals, including a coffee with Keurig K-Cup pods, and everyone slept well on extremely comfortable beds with warm comforters! Many thanks for a lovely stay.
Wonderful setup for our small group. My favorite was quiet time in from of the fireplace while the rest of the group went skiing. 12 min to Bromley and 3 min to Manchester
Highly recommend. Owner very responsive. Look forward to another stay!!!
My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and plenty of family rooms for us all to gather and spend time together. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fantastic. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Just 5 minutes away from shops, stores, and beautiful Mountain views. 10/10 would stay here again!
The perfect house for our annual family ski weekend. A few adults, some adult children and 2 teens. We have stayed at numerous houses over the years and this one was top of the list. Kitchen was great for large family meals, grounds were gorgeous. TV and fireplace room was just right for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Had everything you could want. Would love to come again!
Everything at the house was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean and functional. The owner answered us immediately regarding one minor issue. My family had a great time and we will definitely rent there again. Thank you for everything!

TJ and Allison enjoyed living at this residence for nearly 4 years. Work required us to travel so we have lived in several states across the North East (NY, PA, MA, CT, NJ, and MD). Our family of 5 enjoyed skiing and hiking the mountains of VT in the winter and golfing in the summer - fall. We vacation in Cape Cod during the summer.
Why they chose this property
This property has a very private setting, set back 350 feet from Powderhorn Road and had views of the valley and mountains below. We enjoyed how close it was to the 5-star Equinox Hotel and nearby BBA school. The close proximity to Stratton and Bromley made us very popular among our family and friends during the winter months.
What makes this property unique
One of the my favorite features of this house are the stained glass windows & unique archways leading into the dinning area and into the kitchen. The family room is cozy with a wood burning stove, wide plank wood floors and lots of windows. The master suite and huge closet were a “thing of dreams” and made my wife fall in love with this charming french-country house nestled at the base of the Equinox Mountain.
