Located in the Heart of Downtown Wilmington this newly updated home is just a short walk to the historic award winning Wilmington Riverwalk and the Live Oak Bank Pavilion. Your will have plenty of room in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath adorable home! You will love the open floor plan, the 9-foot ceilings, the large living area, the fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. Whether you are visiting for weddings, concerts, downtown events, family vacations, or just want to soak up all that historic Wilmington has to offer this is the place for you! Pets are only welcome when pre-approved with a non refundable fee.

This wonderful downtown homes features an open floor plan in the main living areas, 3 good size bedrooms for sleeping up to 6 guests, and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with all dining and cooking basis for your stay, and there's a washer and dryer for use in the laundry room.

Guests will have full access to the entire house. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

Rundown part of town

The location is horrible and in a rundown part of town, and not family friendly at all. The neighbors are smoking weed. There is no way you can walk to the riverwalk from here without feeling like your life is danger. Good luck sleeping 6 adults in this home. Beds are small except for the master. There were more bugs than I can count (we live in the south so we know that this can be managed), and it looks like the house hasn’t been cleaned well in months or years. There aren’t enough dishes to eat a meal for 6 people. WIFI was down for over a day due to router not working and there was no urgency with fixing this issue. When they tried to install a new router, they didn’t plug it in and said there was cable issues (the plug was laying 6 inches away). There were no trash bags in the trash cans on arrival. We had to buy paper products for the week. You can only contact owners via text which they aren’t timely responsive. We exclusively travel via vrbo or comparable sites and have never had these issues.

Cute and tidy

Property was clean and as described. Couldn’t believe there were no curtains - had to put tinfoil on windows to help kids sleep! Only one tea towel and no dish cloths which was hard with kids for a week! Also the one side of the king bed is totally ruined… like you feel like you’re going to roll off it all night long! Also no plug for bath. Overall the property was fine but not amazing
