About this property

Perfect Downtown Home

Feel right at home in this beautiful space with plenty of room to stretch out! The home offers three bedrooms with four beds in total! All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs in addition to the main living area with a 60" flat screen. There is seating on the front porch and a back deck to enjoy the outdoor space. You will find a full kitchen to cook in, and the location is easily walkable to all downtown has to offer!

This home is in an ideal location - just a short walk to downtown while still being on a quiet neighborly street. The main living areas are open with a large, comfortable sectional in the living room, a dining table that can seat up to 6, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in total and 2 full bathrooms. You'll be able to enjoy a morning coffee on the front porch or a meal on the back deck.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

You will have the entire home, along with a relaxing front porch, and nice size deck and yard in the back. There is one locked owner's closet in the middle guest room for our supplies, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy.

Guest will have the entire house to themselves. The owner will be available through messaging as needed.

The host was really helpful, and we shared a lot of information easily. The place was in a great location, close to everything. We walked to most spots, but getting an Uber was quick and cheap. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect to be walking distance to town, and oh you have to walk to Brooklyn Cafe 1.5 blocks best donuts in world. Property was clean and owners were very responsive and clear instructions and check in/out process.

Great location for show at Live Oak Pavilion

We stayed at this great vrbo to be a 13 minute walk away from Live Oak Pavilion. There are several good restaurants along the river walk that are 10-15 minutes away including our favorite Marina Grill. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. There are several charming homes in this neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

We had the best stay. This was everything we wanted and more. The place was perfect for my family of 6. We sat on the back deck every morning. We walked all around Wilmington- everything was a short walk away. Communication was excellent. I highly, highly recommend.

Family Trip for Ironman Triathlon

We stayed for the weekend for the Ironman triathlon. Very convenient location to all the events downtown. The checkin was very easy and the house was clean and exactly as shown on the website. Would definitely recommend!

Nice home with a good location. Easy to walk to the downtown historic area and had restaurants and bars close by in the Brooklyn arts district. Home had everything we needed. Also appreciated the beach chairs for our afternoon at Wrightsville beach.

Great Location

We were celebrating my sister's birthday and could not have picked a better location. We had an easy walk to grab a bite to eat, pop in the store, and even grab some vegan ice cream. Best of all we were able to walk to Live Oak! The home itself had all the amenities like being at your home. It was cozy and the backyard was perfect.

Upcoming neighborhood

Close proximity to a great downtown. Walking and restaurants and the waterfront were all great. Three bedrooms with perfect sleeping arrangements. Comfortable sofa and a well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the house was not well maintained or clean. Out of state owners should keep a better check on the housekeeping service.

This was a great location to stay for the 70.3 Ironman in downtown Wilmington. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was not fully stocked with essential items. Great stay nonetheless!!!!

Perfect downtown home

Great stay, the house was clean and beds comfortable. Neighborhood was great and close to downtown. The only problem we had was getting the air conditioning to cool. I think a book with instructions on how to operate the air conditioner. Also a notebook of nearby restaurants and places to visit. The hit the sak staff was great with any concerns we had and did a great job following up with the air conditioner problem.
