Price reduction due to milestone repairs- There is a set of precautionary jack stands on the balcony - minimal impact on space and balcony is safe.
Magnificent Sunsets year round and steps to the sugar white sand! A building, 3rd floor. Gulf Front den and primary bedroom. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Triple recliner leather sectional so no fighting over the best seat in the house. 3 Pools, 1 heated seasonally, Tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball, corn hole, shuffle board and workout room. Onsite poolside tiki bar, store and restaurant. Security gate-owners and registered guests only. Charcoal grills. Washer ad dryer in unit. Beach chair rental available. Lifeguard station immediately to the west of A building. Quiet end of the beach yet convenient to restaurants, Pier Park and attractions.
Minimum age of 25 for primary renter per HOA requirements.
No vaping or smoking in the unit. Additional fees if evidence that smoking has taken place. Quiet time between 11 PM and 8 AM. Check in is 4 PM and check out is 10 AM.

Family Spring Break A+!

We had a great stay at the condo at Dunes of Panama. Communication with host ahead of stay was great as we had a few questions that were quickly answered. Host went above and beyond by purchasing a crock pot for our stay when we asked if there was one in the unit! The A building at Dunes is notably the oldest of the 5, but the condo was clean, homey and well stocked, just as pictured. Our boys made use of the boogie board in the gulf (on the 2 days that it wasn't double red flag). The other days we spent by the pool. There is one heated pool that was very busy, but we could always find a spot to sit with our friends around the "cold pool". A few of the days they had live music and there is a poolside bar, but you are also able to bring your own food and drinks down too. We love staying at Dunes of Panama (this is year 3) and were very happy with this condo! Thanks for your hospitality!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our family enjoyed the unit and how easy it was to access the beach. Everything was very clean and we would definitely book this unit again.
