Hi Matisha, I have addressed the cleaning issues and also had offered to have the cleaners come out to correct and you refused.i have replaced the broken rollaway. The refrigerator filter was leaking and have also replaced. I was on the phone with AT&T and you for 2 hours that evening trying to troubleshoot and they did come out and fixed the next day and checked in with you to make sure. There is an alley in the back that you can also park in but if you have more than 3 cars, parking will be a challenge anywhere. The listing states street parking and there is no driveway. I am sorry your stay was not up to par. The issues have been addressed and corrected.

Hi Tracy, I am so sorry about your experience. As I told you, the electrician had just been out there to fix the tripped outlet and obviously it still didn’t work and did reimburse you for the cord. Secondly, I have the house sprayed professionally quarterly and will alert them to the roach problem. I was NOT aware until you told me about the one in the bathroom and would not have allowed that problem to go untreated or resolved as I agree that is unacceptable. I even checked with my cleaners to see if they saw any and they did not. I did provide spray as a temporary fix until I could get pest control to come out and re-treat. Being a holiday weekend it is pretty tough to get someone out. But again, I only heard about one, not an entire infestation that you were fighting constantly. I don’t see any pictures but will be sure to inspect the sheets for stains. If you could send directly to me that would be great. Rest assured the issues will be address and resolved immediately.

Hi Johnny, I again apologize for one the two of the ac units not working in the garage. I was hoping to have that fixed during your stay. There is now another unit in the garage. I am aware that the mirror in the garage apartment is broken and am in the process of replacing as it just recently was broken. But, I am unclear when you say “several” mirrors are broken as that is the only one. There are many pillows to choose from with different firmness for your preference. I also would like to clarify there is parking available in front of the house and across the street. Yes there may be short periods where you may not be able to park right in front but I have never had a problem. I was not aware of the tv remote being broken so I will replace that. You received all of the rooms you paid for so I am also unclear what you mean by that. There was dog feces left in numerous places after your visit which was not appreciated.
