EAST END BEAUTY! Spacious 4-bedroom house in beautiful Galveston!

Calling all fans of renovating galveston. This spacious 1914 two-story, four bedroom, three bathroom East End beach house is situated between Stewart Beach and The Strand, just blocks from the beach, restaurants, bars, cruise port, entertainment, the sea wall and fabulous playgrounds for the kids. Home sleeps up to 12 people.

Front porch upstairs and downstairs along with a large backyard and patio area provide ample space for groups outdoors. Two full-sized living areas, one on each floor, equipped with televisions and couches provides ample space indoors.

Home has four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom downstairs has a king and a double. The other three bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. The sofa upstairs also is a fold-out full-sized bed. A twin-sized rollaway bed is available for an additional fee, if needed.

The home is wifi-equipped and each floor has an entertainment room with ample seating, large televisions with roku-capabilities. Fully equipped kitchen located upstairs with large seating area for eight people.

** House is available to rent for medical students at the nearby teaching hospitals starting in August each year. Please reach out if you would like to discuss rental options. We do not rent by the room though.

Great location. Close to the beach and the Strand. The house does need a few touch ups but overall it was a great place for my family. We did have a few hick ups but the owner took care of the issue fast!

Why they chose this property

This property is uniquely positioned between one of the best beaches in Galveston, Stewart Beach and the Strand, where many people go in the evenings and late hours to enjoy the Galveston hospitality. We often walk to Stewart Beach with the kids and grab a snowcone from Bahama Bucks on the way back to the house.

What makes this property unique

One of the unique aspects of this house is the separation of space between the upstairs and downstairs. It offers families and groups the space to spread out and beyond sharing a kitchen, enjoy the amenities of the property without walking all over each other. With porches on the first and second floors and a nice backyard to relax and two living areas, it feels like home, no matter how you prefer to relax.
