All you need to bring is a tooth brush & tooth paste as I provide all your other essential needs from toiletries, kitchen ware and plenty of games. Home consists of all new furniture, open floor plan, smart TV’s in every room 43”-75”(apps, fire stick, roku). Residence is also located in prime location. Guaranteed satisfaction in every aspect for your friends and family to enjoy. Optional - additional fee for heating of pool/jacuzzi of $75 per night. Heating fee is free of charge only during the summer time.
