1890 Beachside Tennis is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa offering spectacular views of the Calibogue Sound from all rooms and is just steps to the beach. Located on the second floor, guests will delight in seeing dolphins playing in their natural habitat, watching shrimp boats pass by, and viewing breath-taking sunsets. There is a gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping and beautiful pine trees that surround the property. Great bedroom separation provides guests with plenty of privacy.
The open living area is surrounded by windows overlooking the Calibogue and provides a lot of natural sunlight. Guests can relax after a long day at the beach and watch a movie on the 50" SMART TV.
Just off the living room is a glass-top dining table with seating for six and an updated kitchen with granite counter-tops, all offering beautiful water views.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, 40" SMART TV, and a private bath with double sinks, granite counters and a large travertine shower. Guests may access the balcony that is shared with the living room as well. The guest bedroom provides 2 queen beds, 32" TV, a private bath that also has a hall entrance, and a private balcony. Both bedrooms enjoy the same fantastic view as the living room. A large beachside swimming pool with a sundeck and grilling area are available to guests.
Beachside Tennis is an easy walk to South Beach Marina for water sports, dining, and shopping. Be sure to bring your tennis racquets for a free hour of tennis daily. Guests can walk to South Beach Racquet Club which offers clay courts. Whether basking in the sun, enjoying all the amenities of Sea Pines Plantation, or just relaxing with the family, guests will be sure to enjoy their stay in this tropical resort.
