You won't be disappointed by this renovated studio condo. The floor plan is open with the entryway setting the tone of a breathtaking view of beautiful Lake Hamiliton. Bright colors inject a playful personality to create a space that will take you away from the hustle and bussle of the world.

1 bedroom, 1 bath comes with studio kitchen that includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed. Relax and stream your favorite TV show or sports , with WiFI. Our adorable condo has great views and the perfect place to fish off of the deck.

The complex has a huge swimming pool overlooking the lake and lots of green space. Two swimming docks and picnic area create a great outdoor space that is an extension of indoor dwelling.

Laundry facilities are located near the condo and 1 covered parking space is included.


Whether you are in Hot Springs to enjoy the live horse races, or gaming at Oaklawn, conventions, hospital business, museums, lakes, fishing, Magic Springs Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, or a honeymoon we have a deal for you.

Pet friendly (1 dog, no puppies) with house rules. NO DOGS OVER 12 LB. All dogs must be on leash when on green space.

We had a great stay. The location was minutes from everything and located directly on lake Hamilton with a beautiful view. The cottage was small but perfect for a couples getaway.

Relaxing get away...

This little condo is just what we needed for our first time stay in Hot Springs. It is so centrally located to all the sites we went to visit. After a long day of touring, it was nice to come back to the condo and just sit by the window and look out at the lake or take a nice walk and sit by the lake. It was perfect for our needs and that of our little Pommie.

Great Family Vacation!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better little family getaway for us and our 2 little boys. The condo was exactly what we needed and had an absolutely beautiful view! The lake and pool were both perfect for swimming, and everyone we ran into was extremely friendly. My son is already asking when we can return. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here! It was a weekend getaway for me and my husband. The cottage was very nice and well decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being right on the water and able to fish. It is a very quiet and peaceful community. This is located so close to everything Hot Springs has to offer! We would love to come back!
