Great location! Steps from the beach with a beautiful pool and backyard. Kids loved the game room. The house is very spacious and slept our whole group with beds to spare. Close to grocery and restaurants.

Great location - needs a little TLC

Loved our stay. Spacious, close to the beach, and plenty of parking. It could use a few touchups, kitchen drawers were a tough to open, and they didn’t have many bowls for things like cereal. Pool and basement area are great, bedrooms are spacious enough and as described, though the flooring and fixtures could all be updated or handles/faucets tightened

This was a beautiful property, and our family of 9 adults and 11 kids had a wonderful time here in spite of less than ideal weather. The management that handled the rental was very responsive and helpful with lots of communication the week before checkin. They even allowed us to check in early that morning since it was already cleaned and ready to go. The large family room with high ceilings almost gave a feeling of being outdoors while being indoors. Enough bathrooms to handle a large family well. Plenty of seating and large tables. The 2 kitchens are a plus. Note that the downstairs has only an induction cooktop. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The downstairs pool table, air hockey and big screen tv would make an excellent teen hangout. The pool was lovely. The property seemed private from neighbors. The private beach is accessible with a key fob, and it was not crowded, even on a holiday weekend. It is such a short walk to get to the beach. Some in our group commented that we were able to get to the beach quicker than if we’d been in a large condo and had to wait on elevators. The home is situated in a lovely neighborhood to explore in the golf cart.(Note: the golf cart waiver is lengthy, but fill it out before you arrive so you’ll be ready to go!) We couldn’t have been more pleased with this rental for our very special family gathering and would certainly love to return there another year.
