Welcome to my home! This open concept 3 (2 queens and 1 king) 2.0 full bath cottage has a large, fenced yard and backs up to the stunning Quiet Waters Park with its own access gate. Free parking for 6 cars is a quick 5-minute drive to either downtown Annapolis or Eastport. It has three (2) bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath with a fully finished downstairs with electric fireplace and additional king bed and full bath. It also has a cozy 3-season enclosed porch with views into the large yard and park.

This home is very conveniently located. Quiet Waters Park is accessible from the back yard. The Hillsmere Shores Beach on the South River is an easy walk through the neighborhood. Downtown Annapolis and Eastport are a short drive away. The host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!
