Overall the place is ok, especially for the price. Not the greatest area -- LOTS of noisy construction going on right in front of the condo - scuffed up walls, some blinds not working correctly, stained up couches, busted plexiglass on the basketball game...needs a little tlc for sure.
We stayed here for three days as two families meeting up for a vacation. The house itself was quite nice, and located conveniently only a few minutes from the downtown area. We were a little bummed with the lack of supplies that are fairly standard at such vacation rentals. No wine glasses, adequate coffee pods (two pods in total for the entire stay - seriously?), not even basics such as salt and pepper.
Overall, this is a nice, comfortable property that can be improved by including some basic supplies.
