Welcome to our modern and spacious home in Nashville! Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, making it the perfect size for families or groups of friends. It is conveniently located close to downtown Nashville, so you can easily explore all that the city has to offer.

One of the standout features of our home is the game room, which is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults. It has a ping pong table, a foosball table, an arcade-style basketball game, and corn hole.

In addition to the game room, our house also has a rooftop terrace with plenty of seating. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the views after a day of exploring the city.

Our home is very modern and has plenty of windows that let in natural light, also enjoy the cute outdoor patio in the center of the home. It's the perfect place to kick back and relax during your stay in Nashville.

Ok - not bad - not great

Overall the place is ok, especially for the price. Not the greatest area -- LOTS of noisy construction going on right in front of the condo - scuffed up walls, some blinds not working correctly, stained up couches, busted plexiglass on the basketball game...needs a little tlc for sure.

Nice property that needs some supplies

We stayed here for three days as two families meeting up for a vacation. The house itself was quite nice, and located conveniently only a few minutes from the downtown area. We were a little bummed with the lack of supplies that are fairly standard at such vacation rentals. No wine glasses, adequate coffee pods (two pods in total for the entire stay - seriously?), not even basics such as salt and pepper. Overall, this is a nice, comfortable property that can be improved by including some basic supplies.
