Get ready to relax in this big 10,000 sq ft, spacious house in Nashville. This gorgeous property is perfect for large groups and events while also allowing you and your group their own privacy. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 10 beds (2-kings, 8-queens), in addition to 3 blow-up matress beds and 1 roll-away bed, for a total of 14 beds, creating numerous sleeping arrangments for your everyone. Additionally there are 6.5 bathrooms. This house is located only 3.5 miles from the Nashville airport and 16 mins from downtown. This house also has a spacious 650 sq ft event room, for dinners, events, birthday, batchlor & batcholoret parties and any other event you can imagine. Wedding week

We stayed at the big house for my son's wedding. We use the event center for the reception and it was absolutely perfect. The host bent over backwards making the house handicap accessible as we had Elders with us and he did a fabulous job everything was just perfect.

65th wedding anniversary trip

The property was everything it said it was and more! The unique design and layout of the house was fun. The games located downstairs kept the adults and kids entertained. We celebrated our parents 65th wedding anniversary so the event space was a great space to dine together and celebrate them. Location was perfect for retrieving people from the airport and heading downtown for Sunday Funday!

Wedding Weekend

This spacious home provided a wonderful base for my husband and I (parents of the groom) his parents, my aunt and her friend, and my BIL and SIL! If some wanted to go on to bed the rest had plenty of space to hangout and play cards or billiards! Vernon was super quick to respond to my questions throughout our 4 day stay!

Vernon was amazing and super accommodating with a variety of arrival times for our group. The house is amazing and more space than you could even imagine. It was super well stocked (paper products, soaps, coffee pods).It was about a 25-30 minute uber ride to Broadway but we never had an issue getting multiple Ubers at any time of day/night. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed here with a group of 20 and hosted a wedding reception in the event space. The provided tables and chairs were a huge cost savor and convenience to hosting an event. Vernon was an awesome host. He was very quick to respond with questions in the months leading up and check in was super easy and Vernon allowed us to check in early which was a huge help! The house is AWESOME!! Super spacious, so many fun amenities and a TON of space. All our guests were comfortable and had plenty of privacy to relax. The location is great too, you have anything you need with a mile or so.We would 100% recommend staying here!

Ladies Weekend Retreat

This property was very spacious and clean! We had our ladies retreat with the woman from my church. We had 22 ladies and we had more than enough space. The property is beautiful and the house has ever room and space decorated in detail! The host is very helpful and responsive. He will answer any questions you have about the property! We loved our stay and will be visiting again!

We came to Nashville with our large family for the Priestly ordination of our son. The house was certainly large enough to accommodate our 9 children along with our grandchildren comfortably. Everyone had a bed or blow up mattress, and the bathrooms were plentiful - there was no problem getting ready in the morning. The party room allowed us to host a simple pizza dinner, for extended family, the night before ordination and have folks back on Sunday afternoon as well.
