Updated in 2023 with new appliances, quartz countertops, and quality cookware including Cephalon pots and pans and Le Creuset pieces. Fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and utensils. Coffee service includes Peet`s ground coffee and pods.

Renovated with modern fixtures and stocked with Company Store towels, premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), Charmin toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

I've been welcoming guests to Gulf Shores since 2003 through Gone Coastal in Gulf Shores and my professional co-hosting company, Mar y Sol CoHosting. With over 20 years in vacation rentals, we understand what makes a stay comfortable and what details matter most.

My first visit to Gulf Shores was in 1990, traveling with my two Golden Retrievers. Finding quality pet-friendly accommodations was nearly impossible then. When I purchased this condo in 2003, I committed to providing a clean, welcoming space for both pets and their owners—and Gone Coastal in Gulf Shores was born.

**Nauti Mermaid Retreat** (this property) has evolved through careful updates since 2003. The 2023 kitchen and bathroom renovations reflect our commitment to maintaining an upscale, comfortable space.

**Jellyfish Twist** (added 2023) is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Fort Morgan property with beach views, sleeping six guests. Dogs welcome—Fort Morgan beaches allow pets year-round.

We maintain our properties to the standards we'd expect as guests. Quality amenities, thoughtful stocking, and prompt communication are standard. As property owners and professional co-hosts through Mar y Sol CoHosting, we bring hospitality experience to every interaction.

Waves Grocery, Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails, and S&S Seafood are all within a 3-minute walk. You'll have dining and essentials at your doorstep without needing to drive into the busier areas of Gulf Shores.

What makes this property unique

1. Deeded beach access directly across the street
No guessing. No public parking hunt. No long walks hauling gear. Guests cross the street and are on the sand via clearly marked deeded access.

2. Quiet location without sacrificing convenience
Close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping, but outside the densest tourist zones.

The layout, size, and furnishings are intentional. This is not a crammed unit pretending to fit large groups.

Pets are welcome because the space was created with responsible pet owners in mind, not as an afterthought. A basket with stainless steel food and water bowls, towels for sandy paws and baths, pick-up bags, and enzyme cleaner is provided for convenience.
