This is a bright, roomy and modern style house. Set in a quiet Center Point neighborhood. Just off of interstate 380, with a 30 minute drive to Cedar Rapids, Vinton, Shellsberg, Palo or Independence, & 45 minutes to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, pool table, full kitchen, backyard, deck and fenced in yard. Each bedroom has a different type of mattress, this allows guests to choose the room they feel the bed matches their sleeping preferences. We have a meeting room that can be used for sewing, (including a cutting table, design wall, & pressing station) scrap booking, or crafting with friends or family. Also good for small retreats or study groups. Backyard deck has cushioned wicker set, and grill for outdoor entertaining. There is also a hi chair, pack-n-play, and book, toy & game closet for use. We have a NO animals allowed policy, and a NO smoking/vaping inside buildings policy. Contractor reservations need prior approval with host.
