House was in a great location - easy to walk downtown. We also walked the neighborhood and around the church lot that was across the street. We enjoyed having a kitchen for cooking, a good fridge for our food and beverages. It would have been great to have a privacy fence in the back yard for us and the dogs, a grill, and fire pit if it would be allowed. Heater and AC worked great, good shower, and the house was stocked pretty well with laundry, toiletries, and some needed kitchen accessories.

My husband and I had a quick one night stay as we passed thru town on our way to Minnesota. Property was exactly as described. Tim, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Cute little place when you would like a little bit more than a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Close to many things you may need/want during your stay. Beautiful House

Stayed for a 4 day baseball tournament at Pleasant Meadows and this house made the entire tournament relaxing. The house was super cute, comfortable and have everything we needed to wind down from and prepare for a day of baseball. Owner left great recommendations for food and things to do. They were very prompt answering any questions and it is close to EVERYTHING! Definitely a go to house for a quiet yet convenient vacation.

Great stay in a very comfortable home.

Tim Nash has worked hard to renovate this home in Marion. It is very nice place with a comfortable queen bed (didn't need to use the bunk beds in the other bedroom), nice linens, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen and a large new garage for our car. It is located in a quiet residential space with a nice front porch that has lounge chairs.... Couldn't ask for more!!!

Beautifully appointed home with everything you need

This home was perfect for what I needed! I really appreciate the attention to all of the details... from the lilac hand soap, coffee, and variety of teas in the kitchen to power strips with USB in all of the right places. The desk in the smaller bedroom was just what I needed to get some work done while traveling. The property was even better than described! Would love to stay here again in the future when visiting my daughter and family. Highly recommend! (or not, so I can stay here more often. ;-)
