This building is about as oceanfront as it gets! Any Maui's future buildings are no longer allowed to build this close to the water, which means you hear the ocean when open your window. Everyday people gather around the pool to enjoy the sunset, while you can take it all in from private lanai

Short walking-distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and water gear shops

The condo is located in Kahana, very central location on West Maui. It is about 10 mins north of the Lahaina downtown, 5 mins north of Kaanapali and 5 mins south of Napili & Kapalua.

Maui is a tropical island and does tend to have bugs and ants during certain times of the year. Although the exterior of the building is routinely treated to help combat this issue and the condo is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, it greatly helps if you leave the screens shut and don't leave any food out to avoid unwanted creatures

This is not resort living, there are some conveniences the large resorts provide that I just can't offer, but my goal is to ensure a smooth & unforgettable experience for you in Aloha State!
