The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty refrigerator, dump all trash cans and place trash bins at the end of the road
Place used towels in laundry bins
Place pool cleaners back in water if you removed them
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Three day minimum rental. Quiet neighborhood after 9pm No loud blasting music.
Inground swimming pool with depth of 8 feet. No lifeguards on duty Swim at your own risk/pool waiver is required. Sauna waiver req or will be locked.
Dump all trash in the outdoor trash can and place at the road upon checkout. $250 cleaning fee to all rentals. If rules broken $100 fee trash cleanup

Why they chose this property

Cappahosic is a beautiful rural community on the York with a rich history during the Civil Rights movement. Home to icon Dr. Moton who often sheltered Dr. Martin Luther King Jr in trying times. The I have a dream speech was written at Holly Hills- the former home of Dr. Moton just five minutes from our home.
