Large family room with an electric fireplace, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Floor tiles throughout (no carpets!), 2 new bathrooms, master bathroom with a roman-tub and a walk-in shower with 2 shower-heads. Play the 9ft shuffleboard and foosball tables, cook in the BBQ or relax in the 6 seats premium hot-tub or play basketball, soccer, rackets, corn-hole and pickle-ball in our basketball court in the large fenced backyard. Smokeless fire pit and bistro table and chairs in the master bedroom’s private patio. Free local live TV, free Netflix and 250Mbps COX Wi-Fi.
