This beautiful ocean front apartment offers all the amenities you will need and more. You and your guests will enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere in this beautiful humble abode. A short boat ride or walk can lead you to multiple adventures to an oasis nestled where the clear, blue waters of the Caribbean Sea meet the beautiful surf of the Atlantic Ocean. Warm island breezes at night and shining hot Caribbean sun during the day will enchant you. The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the building complex which is adjacent (walking distance) to the famous El Conquistador Resort. Situated on the northeastern tip of Puerto Rico, this little slice of paradise is only 31 miles from San Juan and Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). It's also located near El Yunque Rain Forest, and the famous Las Croabas beach. Less than four miles to stores and various attractions of downtown Fajardo. You can also take an 8-minute boat ride to Palomino Island or take a ferry ride or fly to the other adjacent islands (Vieques, St. Thomas, St. Croix, etc). There are plenty of restaurants close by where you can enjoy the great flavors of our Puerto Rican cuisine!

Suite with a perfect view

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean is perfect and the host is very responsive with questions. It's in a quiet, more neighborhood area of Fjardo and right down the road (walkable) is a park with many local restaurants.

Lorraine’s place was immaculate. This little town is great. We had a few water activities planned and the location was perfect. Great local restaurants and all around good vibes!

Great Location

First, Lorraine was great at keeping in contact before getting there. The actual condo itself is in a great location and the view was spectacular! The actual amenities were okay; there were a few updates that needed to be done and I wish there was a more homey feel (such as soap, Kleenex, cooking necessities to use). Overall, it was a pleasant stay, condo neighbors are friendly and would recommend to others.

Relaxing with a wonderful view

Communication with the property management, Lorraine, was excellent! The check-in process was easy...just drive into the parking garage and the security attendant guides you to where to park as well as the elevator. The laundry is located on the entrance end of the parking garage.The condo is walkable to many good restaurants and the beach area.Although the beach areas were mostly rocky in front of the condo, there was a more beachy area just a short walk away. And a couple of bag chairs were provided in the condo so you could use them on the beach. Overall a comfortable and clean place to stay when visiting Fajardo, and we would recommend it to others.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE

2025 this building is under construction or renovation and Monday through Friday there is destruction and construction noise. 7:30am a guy with a hammer 4 doors down pounding on cement. Nothing special about this one. Not easy to find. The address left us a couple blocks down the road. CAUTION to protect yourself and make sure to take pictures or video upon entry and exit. Your word that YOU DID NOT BREAK something won’t be good enough and you will be charged even if someone broke something after you left.

Stunning View

Overall i did not give a 5 because i feel their should be more than one set of keys. So that guess can do different things and not be stock because the other person has the key. Also the apartment has no washer and drier inside. You have to go up and down, when i realize it was told it migth not work. We had to put all dirty clothes with clean clothes. If you dont care for clothes watching then it was an amazing experience. Loraine was great. Loved the quiet clean pool abd like i said before the view is worthed every penny

The surrounding area and neighbour of the apartment looks really BAD. We have two kids and they were very scared and would dare to stay in the room. We tried to cancel the booking. Although the owner promised to call me back, she NEVER did. We were charged full price for two days that we did not staying there. IF you are checking this place, don't be fooled by the pictures or other comments. I was tricked by that. If you want a safe and reliable place for your vacation. Look for somewhere else. Otherwise, you will end up leaving the place but get NO refund and get your vacation ruined.

The property was nice couldn’t use any amenities from the neighboring Conquistador hotel that was said we were able for an extra fee and apparently it has been that way for several years need to change description of the rental property many power outages at least 2 per day poor WiFi had to walk up six flights three times cause no power

The view was absolutely amazing and the host kept the place well stocked. Only thing that was a concern was the driveway leading to the building. At night it was a bit eerie with the red lights and cars that would park along the street.
