Brand new fully renovated 3 bedroom home with plenty of space to relax. Relieve stress in the fully fenced private backyard with your own private hot tub. Enjoy the morning sunrise in the screened in patio every morning. Some pets are allowed! Gas BBQ grill, morning coffee included!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect all trash and place in outside trash cans. Dishes washed and replace back to original place in cabinets.
Wash and dry all BEACH towels NIGHT BEFORE departure. Morning of departure, wash and dry BATH towels. Place all sheets and white pillow cases in washer, hit start before leaving.
Replace all furniture inside and outside back to its original position. Ensure hot tub is placed in “ECN” mode. All trash placed outside. Turn off all lights and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
