We know that pets are part of the family, which is why we're happy to welcome your furry friends. The backyard is completely pet-friendly, so your pets can enjoy the vacation as much as you do.

- CHECK-IN after 3:00 pm, CHECK-OUT 10:00 am, unless expressly agreed otherwise before arrival.

- TRASH/RECYCLING: If you are staying during trash pickup days, please place the bins by the street for pickup the NIGHT BEFORE:

THURSDAY: both recycling and regular bins. (Bin out on Wednesday night).
MONDAY: regular trash bin only. (Bin out on Sunday night).

- UMBRELLAS: Please close umbrellas when not in use. Umbrellas that are left open can be, or, cause damage with the wind.

- BEACH EQUIPMENT: Please shake off the sand and rinse if needed before returning to the storage space after use.

- LIGHTS: Please turn off all lights when you are not in the house.

- A/C: The temperature can be set as low as 72 degrees. If the temperature goes below 72, the units can freeze, and you may be without A/C until it can be repaired. To avoid this, kindly keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C.

- CEILING FANS: Please leave all the ceiling fans running at all times if possible.

- DRYER: Please remember to clean the dryer lint vent after use.

- DISHWASHER: Please load and run the dishwasher upon check out.

- POOL: Although this is a pet-friendly home, dogs are not allowed in the pool as pet hair can clog the pool filter. The heat is set to 85 and will heat when the filter is running. The filter and waterfall should run automatically every day from 10 am - 8 pm. If you notice it is not running during this time, please let us know so we can make sure the pool is running optimally. In the garage, you will find a pool fence that can be installed for extra added security for kids and/or pets.

- MAINTENANCE: The pool is serviced weekly by the maintenance company every Tuesday. Landscapers are also on the premises every Monday.
