This condo features one of the prime locations in Miramar Beach.  Take a very short walk to the private beach and you’ll be relaxing on the sugar white sand. This unit sleeps a total of 6 with a master bedroom (king), guest bedroom (queen) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bath features a stand-alone shower and soaking tub, with bathtub/shower combo in the main bath.  This condo is equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless, cable, & LCD TVs in the living room and both bedroom. It also features a new, in unit washer/dryer, as well as full kitchen including dishwasher. A private deck awaits your outdoor relaxation & is accessible from the living room & master bedroom.

Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape Resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, tennis, 3 full size pools, fitness room and the on-site full service Cabana Café restaurant, with live entertainment several nights of the week. Additional restaurants are within walking distance on Scenic Gulf Drive and at the nearby Seascape Town Center. And don’t forget, the Silver Sands Premium Outlet shoppes are located only a few minutes away. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very convenient for the music festival we attended. The only thing we noticed was a lack of dish cloths for hand washing the dishes.

The check in process was very easy, 3 minute walk to the beach! The kitchen is fully stocked, clear instructions for check out, everything was clean! I would recommend and would stay there again. A Hassle free and soul soothing trip

I would come back!

My overall experience was great. The only wdownside for my family was beach access with an infant. We had a “wagon” and the entrance to the beach was steps. I’m sure there was a ramp but it wasn’t worth walking to find. If you are going to go to the beach set your stuff up early because the beach gets crowded quickly. The room/resort/and property manager were great. Those items mentioned would not prevent me from booking, I would just plan ahead better.
