Had Everything and More
We had 19 adults and 4 kids in this house and we're very comfortable. It was very walkable, close to the beach and grocery stores. The house had everything we needed, including baby gates and toys for our kids. There were things we packed that we didn't even take out of the car because they were already at the house. Amy was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly, she made she we had everything needed for our stay. Highly recommend for large groups staying in Manistee.

Great Home for Family Reunion
We rented this home for our family to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s together. It was the perfect spot for our family of 15. There were lots of bedrooms and plenty of space for us to spread out, yet feel together! Manistee is a great little town to explore, and the Riverwalk is beautiful, going all the way from downtown to Lake Michigan! The house is convenient to downtown, the Riverwalk and, a beautiful beach on Lake, Michigan. The owner was very accommodating for our family and quick to respond to any inquiries I had. They even put up a Christmas tree for us, knowing we were celebrating our holidays together. Everyone in my family commented on how much they enjoyed this house and location because there were a lot of things to do and we could easily play games and make a lot of noise in the house on one side, while the younger kids were sleeping on the other side upstairs. I would definitely recommend this for a large family or group of friends.

We live in the Detroit area full time, and love being able to share our home with others who we hope create lasting memories there like we have!

Why they chose this property

We chose Manistee because we were looking for a property where we can ditch the car when we arrive. We love being able to walk to the town and the beach, and truly enjoy the community and scenery that has been built in this unique historic city.

What makes this property unique

We're two houses in one!! This means we're great for multi-family and larger groups who want to be together, but also be able to spread out with many gathering areas.
