This cozy duplex is tucked away on a quiet residential street, yet is only a short walk from the heart of the Miami Design District. Relax and soak in the tranquility of the tropics or go out and enjoy the vast array of activities this prime location has to offer. Some of the city’s finest high-end retail stores and boutiques are located in the Design District, along with a vast array of restaurants and cafes. Many galleries and museums can be found right nearby too, including the de la Cruz Collection and the Institute of Contemporary Art, both of which are only a block away. The Design District is also just north of Wynwood and Midtown, placing you very close to some of the hottest nightlife destinations in Miami. Even farther-off destinations are conveniently reachable from here, as the property is located very close to 195, making a transit east across the bridge to Miami Beach or west to the airport an absolute breeze.
