The place is comfortable and has the basics, including good air conditioning and heating, and the beds are comfortable.
However, the listing said there was a laundry, which is not true. The shower was also a problem — the water was either very cold or very hot, with no warm option. The neighborhood does not feel very safe to walk around.
Free parking is a plus.
