Every inch of this St Matthews property was renovated in 2023. This all new 6 Bedroom 3 Full bath home has 12 Beds, 5 Kings and 7 Twin XL. The Twin XL's are the same length as a King. The three full bathrooms are all custom tiled baths with glass entry doors. The all new kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances. The backyard is completely private with a covered patio, 70in TV, fire pit, and plenty of room for yard games, including corn hole which is provided during your stay.
