This studio condo has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a full week’s stay on the Gulf Coast. The living space offers a leather loveseat, a queen size bed, 32” flat-screen smart tv, extra storage, and a table & chairs for 2. The Internet speed is 60 Mbps. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking. There is a microwave, blender, coffee pot, ice maker, etc.
The full bath is located by the front door and is followed by a stackable washer/dryer. Bedding, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided as well as cotton linens and bedding.
This condo contains almost all top amenities: Wi-fi (High-Speed), A/C, Kitchen, Covered Parking, self-check-in, and outdoor balcony, and it ’s located on the beach. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach.

Hi. I am Jamie. I was born and raised in Fargo. I am an adventurous spirit. I moved to the Seattle area shortly after high school and then back home in my 20s. I worked in hospitality from the time I was 16 and in various positions in the finance industry after college. Three years ago, I decided to take my career into my own hands and became a virtual assistant. I love being in charge of my day and choosing who I want to work with and what I want to work on. This flexibility allowed my son and I to move to Gulf Shores 2 years ago. The beach is my happy place, so purchasing a condo on the beach was a no-brainer. I truly believe that the things we acquire in life are only important if we share them with others!
Why they chose this property
I love the location of Sugar Beach. It is in the center of the island. Within 10 miles are Florabama, Wolf Bay, The Wharf, Gulf State Park, The Hangout and The Pier. Right across the street is one of my favorite places to eat, The Pier House. I like the resort feel of Sugar Beach while not being a large condo. You won't spend hours waiting for an elevator or fighting a large crowd by the pool. And this studio is a perfect size as you won't spend much time inside and why waste money on space you don't need!
What makes this property unique
Our condo has a beachy feel with the comforts of home. You will find a charger for your cell phone, a tablet for your convenience with a destination guide of some of my favorite places, and a list of services should you decide to go VIP on your vacation. You are not just booking a condo, with us you are booking an experience.
