Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner, 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, two queens and two twins in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 16.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Room was as advertised. Plenty of rooms/sleeping. They do need to get some more kitchen utensils (only 9 forks and 5 spoons). Also need to get rid of the appliances that do not work (coffee pot) and blender without a top. Also one of the chairs on deck was broken. This did not bother our trip, but I assume after the summer season these things just need to be replaced.

Plenty of space for 14 ladies. Dishes and utensils to service 16 people. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating. Elevators are quick. Facility is very clean. Communication from Phoenix is also a plus. We received emails guiding us through the process of checking in and checking out. Car passes were easy to obtain. The emails provided information about car passes and chair rentals. We definitely plan to return.

The location is great across from restaurants, groceries, Walmart. Sat for hours on patio looking at for dolphins. Will be top choice for next year.

Unit was nice but the kitchen was very poorly stocked. Never experienced such little kitchenware. Made cooking very difficult.Ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator/freezer did not work.Patio furniture was nice but could certainly use some cushions to soften the hard wood.Unit was clean and furniture was nice.

Our whole family went on vacation. The room was great the location was perfect. Great access to pool/beach. We were on the 3 rd floor and could park on that floor and easy access to the vehicle. Overall great place and would stay there again.

Pros: This was a spacious condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Cons: The condo needs a deep clean. Rugs and upholstery on chairs was stained and looked dirty. There was hair wads in the showers. Blankets were stained. Cookware was extremely minimal.The condo owner did do his best to accommodate our cleaning and stained blanket issues.

Perfect for us

This unit was the perfect size for our family. We have teens, young adults, parents, and a grandparent. Each of us had a bed and plenty of space to relax. The condo building had fun amenities and was on the beach!

1st Vaca is 2024

Wonderful trip!! Wonderful condo!! We’ve rented many condos throughout the US and this was one of the nicest we’ve had. Only complaint would be how loud the washer was. Other than that…amazing view…loved the lazy river and the condo was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent property for families

We fully enjoyed the beach location and the views from every room. Also important is the fact the condo is right across from 3 supermarkets and most of the restaurants in the area. You can walk over. Lazy river and two large hot tubs were great after the beach. Nice dishes and pans for cooking ok but no condiments. I wish I’d brought more basics with me-toilet paper, dishwashing soap etc.

Love it!!

Everyone in our 8 person party was impressed and loved all the space this condo provided. As two combined families, we needed plenty of space. This corner unit had amazing views and the balcony was so nice to sit and eat breakfast or sip a glass of wine. SOOOO convenient to have a parking spot on the third floor. Would love to come back again!
