Our experience was incredible and the hosts we're a pleasure to work with! They were very communicative and responsive and went above and beyond to make our July 4th weekend in the Hamptons exceptional. The property was spacious and clean with an incredible backyard and pool. It is also very convenielty located by Main street in Southampton with many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Hamptons!

If you are thinking of staying here THINK again! The house looks fine online but .., downstairs smells like mold especially the queen bedroom sooooo musty and rug feels so dirty - it looks lovely in photos but so gross like torture sleeping in there Air condition units are in window and are ancient so noisy we constantly got woken up - queen bedroom difficult to set “ change filter light is on” in the living room The house is dreary and dark Unfinished construction in a lot of places Upstairs bathroom gross bed ok but closet insides are not even finished construction staircase is steep and no railing at bottom Positive remarks: owner was very responsive and sent toaster and hairdryer and soap (none of these in house) kitchen is really fine - looks like it was remodeled nicely and is the focus of online photos location is close to town but def not walkable We paid 799 a night for 4 nights price now is so high it would anger you if you were daring enough to rent this space Back “deck” is composed of grey painted plywood sheets Outdoor furniture and rug are in poor shape rug is dirty and full of dog hair No umbrella for table strong sun all day Nice grassy backyard and pool is good Towels are lovely no instructions left anywhere for house systems So when I rented in posh Southampton I never imagined how disappointed we would be Couldn’t wait to get out of there Way overpriced
