This was our second time vacationing at this location and we absolutely love it! Such a charming house with top of line appliances, plenty of space, a fabulous pool and pool house, all located close to town and the beach! Greg goes over and beyond other VRBO owners in his attention to detail and his quick responsiveness. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family South Hampton Getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Clean, beautifully decorated and all the amenities for a family vacation . The host was fabulous and shared recommendations for dinners and places to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house in perfect location

We had the best time staying at this house in Southampton. It was conveniently located near downtown, and the house was perfect, as the pictures showed. Gregg was a tremendous help and offered great advice for the local area. The house was clean and very comfortable, and the pool was amazing. We will rent this house in the future.

Loved this place - didn't ever want to leave!

a group of 7 Australian ladies stayed at this property after 10 days in NYC. it was just what the soul needed! The house is fabulous - we loved drinks around a game of pool at night. The pool was amazing its really large and heated so each day was spent around the pool. the owners were fabulous - they were very generous with the supplies they left us in the fridge and no question was too much trouble. We all left wishing we had booked this property for longer!

Gregg is an amazing host

Gregg is a welcoming and very attentive host. He was super responsive prior to and during our stay. The house is extremely well stocked with all that we needed for the stay. Unlike some other hosts, he is easy going and very thorough. There were no surprises and everything was as advertised. The little details mattered - he was there at check in, double checking the cleaning crews work and to give us a tour of the home. We look forward to being back at Gregg’s especially with the addition of the new pool house.
