Great experience

Our first time at Lake Arrowhead, went for parents birthday and we had a great time. Beautiful home and Casey was responsive at all time when needed.

Great Stay, Lovely Place!

We had a blast at Casey's place, it was large enough for our big family and kept everyone entertained (teens, children and adults). The kids had fun playing ping pong in the game room, while the adults hung out in the living room and kitchen (which is beautiful btw). We enjoyed an evening hanging by the firepit and in the spa, as well as we could see the 4th of July fireworks right from the house! Casey, was always quick to respond to any messages we sent. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Thankful Vacation

We stayed during Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful stay! The home was everything presented and the location was perfect for our family of 12, 6 adults and 6 children. We went to SkyPark Santa’s Village and the Arrowhead Village as well as a great 2-mile hike. All writhing a short drive of this home. The host,Casey is very responsive and willing to address a couple of issues right away. Fortunately they were small issues for us and could wait until we left. It has been a blessing for our family to have a nice, accommodating and safe place to stay. We will definitely book again when we return to Lake Arrowhead! Thank you Casey!

Filthy!!! Neighbors have video cameras surrounding the property and warn they are watching you 24/7 with very angry signage and caution tape around the backyard. Very few dishes, pots (2), utensils, etc, in kitchen. No supplies or cleaners either. Food and coffee stains down fronts of kitchen cabinets, vomit in game room sink, ants and bugs everywhere, urine stains in kid's playhouse and furniture. Backyard is also extremely small, nothing like the listing. Owner is extremely difficult. Contacted owner and explained that we were not going to stay since the place was dirty and we were under 24/7 surveillance. Owner admitted he knew the neighbors were doing this and did not tell us prior to booking or arriving. Offered a 50% refund since we stayed one night out of 4 because he refused to lose any money. Owner did not care that we lost our vacation. I don't know why there are so many other good reviews because this place is a dump. Only lets you upload 8 photos unfortunately.

Birthday Getaway

We rented this home to celebrate one of our daughter's 31st birthdays. This was a trip we planned last November to bring our kids who live in Texas and Arizona "home" to California for 4 days. There was plenty of space for everyone. We encountered a crazy two day winter storm and thankfully had planned ahead with chains otherwise, getting out would have been nearly impossible. Casey is a great host, very communicative. We sent him some messages letting him know about some items that possibly a previous group may have damaged just to make sure he knew. He was very grateful for our help sending him photos. I would say that adding a supply of dishtowels to the kitchen and maybe a couple of serving bowls would be a nice addition, especially with larger groups staying. Having separate split system units for each room is a very smart idea, as everyone was able to be comfortable and warm.
