Nice Quiet House near Maumee Bay with Spacious Yard

This is a family home in a quiet area that was built in the mid-60s, so it's got some old character. There is a nice green lawn surrounding the house, accessible via a patio area behind the dining room, and a great maple tree and greenery all around.

Enjoy the comfy couch in the sunken living room with a bluetooth enabled stereo and a tv with netflix, youtube, and prime video attached. There are two modest sized bedrooms and a spacious additional seating area. The kitchen is cottage cozy, and has coffee and fresh water available. The front room has a nice picture window and the dining area overlooks the back yard and patio where you'll often see plenty of birds and rabbits enjoying the neighborhood.

There is plenty of room inside and out to entertain or enjoy a cozy retreat, but if you're looking to get out and some wildlife and nature there are many nearby parks, and great birding opportunities near Oregon and Lake Erie. We're also a short drive to downtown Toledo!

Property was in a good location. Inside was not very clean. Lots of spider webs/spiders, obvious water damage in the ceiling. Shower doors were off the tracks (glass), shower know was a complete joke. Didn't really appreciate the ring camera in the living room. Overall it wasn't terrible, just a lot of little things that add up. Wouldn't take much effort to get everything cleaned up.
