The home was fully accommodating and stocked with daily necessities of a fully furnished home. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful mountains to view from the front walk way and back patio areas. Prime location neat grovery, gas, and Walgreens.

Perfect location. Spotless home.

This house is perfectly located near restaurants, grocery store (walkable!) and trailheads. It was perfect for two couples and three teens. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but great areas to gather in too.

Perfect Location

We had a group of 3 couples celebrating anniversaries. We enjoyed very close-by hiking, dining, and a trip to the Grand canyon. The house was very clean and had all we needed. Thanks!

This is a beautiful home, well designed and perfect for our girl’s trip. We needed a place where everyone could have a comfortable bed and this fit the bill! The spacious kitchen and living area made congregating fun and easy. We didn’t lack for one item to make and serve our meals. The home is centrally located, as magical bonus was sitting on the expansive patio at night taking in the incredible stars!!

Incredible place all around!

This house was incredible not only because it was very modern and comfortable, but they really thought of everything a person would need with small kids, teenagers, and adults! Small touches such as a Bluetooth speaker and blankets for the couch, coffee pods and so much more! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! Will definitely book again!

Great rental

Great rental for large groups. One thing I would recommend for improvement would be a full length mirror, there wasn’t a single one in the house haha. But since that was my only complaint, I would highly recommend this property!

Great home in Sedona

Our family of 8 did our annual Sedona family trip and we chose the Grasshopper Lane home! Home was just as listed and was perfect! All amenities to include the deck sauna room and spa all worked perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements! Perfectly located to everything Sedona has to offer. We had a bit of problem with entry code to unlock door when we arrived but Clara was responsive and on top of it so we got in. Great home and would stay there again!!!

Very neat home.

This home was incredibly neat and easily one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed in. We had a fairly large group of family members, but there was more than enough space for everyone to comfortably choose a place to sleep—no problem at all.The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The furniture throughout the home was clean, well-organized, and made the space feel both cozy and stylish.The amenities were perfect for all ages in our group, from kids to adults. The grill and hot tub were the cherry on top and made our stay even more enjoyable.On top of it all, the host was extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book any of her properties again—highly recommended!

Loved This Property

This property worked out perfectly for us. We had a group of 9 and everyone had plenty of space. The communal areas are perfect for groups. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and even the knives were sharp! It was so nice having a hot tub and outdoor space. Also this house is walking distance to the trailhead for Soldier's Pass. I can't recommend this property enough. My only request to the owners would be to fix the insanely squeaky bar stools. They drove all of us insane. And we were a bit short on toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and paper towels.
