A special getaway for “a home away from home” in the desert, 5 min from downtown Palm Springs, 10 minutes from the tram, close to shopping and restaurants. This spacious house is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. It has a brand new modern pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue area, outdoor TV, and fire-pit. It has 4 beautiful bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and each one with smart TVs. It has a large family room with a big screen TV next to the kitchen and a formal dining room.
The space
All Four bedrooms are fully updated with brand new original Tempur-Pedic® Mattresses (no imitations) with extra soft 100 percent breathable cotton sheets 680 thread count. New TVs mounted on the wall and adjustable with added Roku. Basic Cable on Spectrum App is included. We included hampers in each room and a fully functional Washer and Dryer to use at your leisure and no extra charge. You can control the temperature/Lighting of the pool/Spa/jets/waterfall at your finger tips with a Tablet. You may also listen to music on the tablet. You have access to the main TV surround sound to have music indoors.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house including the garage if you would like to park your car inside.
Other things to note
There is no extra charge to have the jacuzzi heated. However, if you like the pool to be heated there will be an extra $80dollars charge per day 3 day minimum $255.00 or a flat weekly rate of $365.00 per week. There is also a 12.5% tax for the city of Palm Springs which we will send a bill for the tax amount after booking confirmation.
