CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Perfect for an Extended Family Vacay

Best condo we have stayed in. Easy to check-in, easy to get into & out of room from parking deck. Family had a great time and the 1 yr old great-granddaughter loved the splash-pad. Hope to be back next year.

Wonderful Experience

The condo was just as pictured. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you could want. The additional amenities at the condo were also amazing. Our grandsons loved having the basketball and pickle ball courts, as well as the putting green! Having an onsite cafe and gift shop was also very nice. The pools were kept very clean as was the entire complex. We were amazed at how clean they were able to keep everything with it being such a large complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect in all aspects, we could not be more pleased. Fully stocked to meet your needs, any kitchen gadget you may want, they had. Beds were very comfortable and the view was fabulous. Close to many restaurants. The property was very clean and well maintained.
