Located in the heart of East Gloucester, the best neighborhood in town, with easy access to nature, beaches, art, dining, down town, and groceries. Walking distance (less than a mile) to famous Good Harbor Beach, Niles Beach (the locals favorite sunset spot), Rocky Neck Art Colony, Gloucester Stage Company, incredible restaurants and Conservation land and trails. Located on a quiet dead end street with a trail leading through conservation land to the back shore of Gloucester. Bring your paddle boards, bikes , Surfboards and kayaks or rent them when you arrive. Enjoy all Gloucester and Cape Ann has to offer - We are a Gloucester family , we live on the property and are happy to share all we know or let you set out on your own adventure. Come be a local in this lovely spot for a month.
