Thacher Island and the twin light houses. Welcome to Rockport by the sea with Loblolly Cove 4 houses away. Open concept design living, dining and kitchen. Fully equipped modern white kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The bedroom features a sea shore theme with a relaxing electric fireplace as well as a distant light house view. There is one bedroom which can be configured as either a king bed or two twin beds. Spacious updated modern rustic style bath with walk-in shower. Mirrored Dressing room with vanity sitting area. Living room with 32" TV with cable service. Living room and bedroom each have a distant view of the twin lights on Thacher Island. Outdoor sitting area with patio chairs, gas grill. Also there is a raised dais deck with a gas fire pit for outdoor relaxing space. Two miles from downtown. 10 minute walk to Cape Hedge Beach. Also, provided are a beach cart with a pair of sand chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The apartment was true to the listing, clean, comfortable, and a perfect location if you want beautiful surroundings just a short drive from town. We enjoyed walking with our dog along the ocean every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun summer trip

Stayed here while visiting my parents nearby. Great access to loblolly cove and cape hedge beach, partial sea views, a properly-stocked kitchen and some fun kitschy touches around the space. Certainly would stay again.

Great weekend

Spent memorial day weekend here, it was great. So nice that we could bring our dog. Walking distance to a few local beaches. Short drive to Rockport and Gloucester. Really nice stay.

Gladview is a great rental and location. Everything about the listing is accurate. The location is great, and super convenient to one of the best beaches in Rockport, and views of the lighthouses. Great walking around. Apartment is nice, quiet and filled with all of the items you need. Unlike most rentals, this one has what you want in the kitchen, extra beach towels, etc. Very helpful hosts and we hope to visit many more times in the future.
