This 1st-floor end unit condo is near the Intracoastal Waterway and located in NMB in a safe and quiet gated community. The condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath with AC, W/D, D/W, 2 pools w/hot tub that sleeps 7! There are 3 beds and a pull-out couch. Unit is fully stocked and ready for your stay! * *Quiet hours per HOA are 11 pm - 7am. *Motorcycles are permitted in the community however please be mindful of excessive noise as this is not allowed. *The condo is close to the front gate and within walking distance of the pools. *Just bring your suitcase and come relax!
***Please note there is 1 security camera placed outside the front door to keep the property safe. *Service animals are allowed upon request. *No smoking in property and no parties! *Golf carts are not allowed in community per HOA rules. Sorry for the inconvenience. Any questions please inquire!

As a mom, military spouse, and teacher I escape to the beach to relax. I want to share our home away from home with you. We love to escape day-to-day life and relax at the beach. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Located in a safe gated community with 2 pools on the Intracoastal Waterway. This 1st floor condo is an easy 3-minute drive to the beach where there is a ton of inexpensive parking. This community is located close to all there is to do in N. Myrtle Beach.
What makes this property unique
This condo is quiet! So often the closer to the beach you stay you hear traffic and people surrounding your unit. Our condo is set off the main road but still conveniently located to everything around you. Also being on the waterway is enjoyable and relaxing.
