Attention to detail is quite obvious when you enter this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo. It is located in Seascape on Crescent Beach. You will be extremely pleased at the "beachy" feel once you step foot in this first floor, oceanfront condo. An elevator is on property but not accessible from this unit’s floor. There are seven steps to reach this first floor unit. Unit 107 is just steps from the hot tub, oceanfront pool and the private dune walk to a pristine, white sand beach along the Altantic Ocean. Not to mention only 2 miles to Barefoot Landing and many other attractions, shopping, restaurants and the "GOLF CAPITAL OF THE WORLD". The master bedroom has a queen bed that looks directly out to your very own private oceanfront balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a full bath located beside it. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with an ensuite half bath. Each bedroom boasts wall mounted flat screen TV's, ceiling fans, and LPV floors. We have a brand new kitchen from all new appliances, quartz countertops, cabinets to the backsplash! The kitchen is well appointed, where you will find both a Cuisinart coffee pot and a single cup Keurig, toaster, microwave, plenty of glassware, dishes, utensils, cooking pans, blenders and a crock pot. There are two bar stools for extra seating. The condo complex offers two gas grills for your use as well. You will get an oceanfront dining experience every night with a wonderful view from the dining table, which seats four. It also has a ceiling fan and LPV floors. The living area has plenty of seating on leather furniture. You may watch the large, flat screen, wall mounted TV or just stare out the all- glass front at the sand dunes and surf. The best room in the condo is the oceanfront, screened balcony. It's by far the best seat in the condo for your morning coffee watching the sunrise or enjoying your favorite beverage in the evening just relaxing after a day on the beach. There is a table with seating for six. For added convenience, there are bars on either side of the balcony to hang those wet towels and bathing suits, too! In case you need to wash those wet towels and bathing suits, this unit has a separate, private laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. It also has a screened entry way to leave all the sand, flip flops, and beach gear so you don't have to track it in with you. The only thing missing in this condo is the memories that you and your family will be making during your stay.

Perfect location and spacious condo!

We loved this condo! Spacious, clean, & has everything you need. Brandy was excellent to work with and very approachable! We met other condo owners and a few guests. Everyone was so nice and friendly! The hot tub was great! The beach is a short walk and we always found great shells! We would not hesitate to go back to this condo! It just felt like home!!!!

Perfect beach condo

Every thing from check in to departure was perfect! I would say this is the nicest condo we have stayed at in the Myrtle Beach area. The beds are all comfortable. The condo and property is well maintained. Property is smaller so the beachfront is not crowded at all and its an easy walk to the beach. We would def stay here again.

Great place!

We loved it here and would be glad to stay here again. The pool was being worked on while we stayed, so we weren’t able to use that, but it was okay. Our kids liked the hot tub and beach. Everything was very clean and made it easy to relax.

Wonderful Stay

Had a great stay at Seascape 107. Condo was very clean and beautiful decorated. Loved the screened in balcony so you can leave the door open and enjoy the sea breeze without worrying about flying insects. Kitchen was well equipped and the view was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! We stayed during tropical storm Debby and even though the weather was a bit crazy at times the condo was just amazing! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and how close to the beach we were. I hope to get to stay again soon. I couldn’t recommend a better place for a great week at the beach!! The property was clean, very easy to check in. The only disappointing part of the trip was they closed the hot tub, not any fault to the owner. It needed maintenance. She did inform us before we arrived that may happen.

After looking for a last minute vacation I was able to book this great unit. It was our "home away from home", exactly what we were looking for! We wanted beachfront accommodation, a spot to walk for miles & a place to relax. It was exactly as described in the photos & Brandy, our host , responded asap to every question I had. We had a awesome time & awesome weather. It was perfect! Wishing I was still there as I look out my window at the snow , at my home this morning. Hoping to return next year! Sweet place on the beach

I stayed two weeks in early 2023. Very nice place with incredible view of ocean. Very nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen was great. Not overly large for 3 bedrooms but more than adequate. Bathrooms were very nice with both tub and shower. Washer and dryer were enormous and could accommodate any family. Host was gracious, helpful and extremely responsive.Neighbors were friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything remotely negative to say about this delightful condo

Not As Pictured/Add $55 If You Want Sheets & Towels

Based on the photos and previous guest reviews, we were so looking forward to a relaxing stay with beautiful oceanfront views and ocean breezes on the patio but, alas, the owner failed to inform us there was construction happening the entirety of our stay, blocking the touted oceanfront views. We even returned to the unit at 11:00pm one evening to floodlights pointed into our windows & were told they would be finished at midnight! The owner, however, doesn't believe this happened since I was too exhausted to think about taking photos at 11:00pm. The daytime photos & video I took apparently weren't enough. When the crew was present, loud music was blaring. When they weren't present, the entire ground beneath the windows stayed strewn with trash, extension cords, sawhorses, ladders leaning on the balcony, etc. Only standing back in the kitchen was the ugliness not within eyesight. Another condo owner came by & told us we should ask for all of our money back. I only asked for 2 of the 3 nights since the crew ceased working on Saturday (still leaving behind all the trash, ladders, etc) but the owner refuses to refund anything at all. Even though she admitted she knew they were there, she thought they would be finished by the time we checked in so she didn't think it was important to tell us about it. Unfortunately, she didn't verify that they were indeed finished because they weren't & instead blamed me for waiting too long (3 days later) to lodge a complaint, saying that if I had done so sooner she would have found me other accommodations. For someone to ask the guest to pack up and move somewhere else sight unseen is a) not at all customer-centric and, b) a bit like a bait-and-switch. There are obviously no other condos like hers on VRBO. Btw, the crew knew we were there the whole time and they didn't care, so not sure what the owner of this unit could have done about it if I'd complained earlier. She's not the one who hired them. Needless to say, our 3-night stay was neither relaxing nor lovely, nor as pictured, and adding insult to injury, the owner absolutely refuses to make it right. Word to the wise, only after paying the non-refundable payment will she then tell you that if you want linens & towels (and who wouldn't?) it will cost you an additional $55. Kinda sneaky that that's not mentioned anywhere in the listing (or at least it wasn't at the time of this writing.)

Safe, clean, cute, and at the beach! Would love to come back and would recommend it to friends.

Arriving - Communication with the hostess was good. The curb feels like you’re turning up a sidewalk to turn into the complex so I passed it looking for a better entry the first time. In the off season, the parking lot is pretty empty, so take your pick of spaces. I could see it getting fairly full during the summer. There is a screened entryway in front of the unit with a door to your condo and another to your private laundry room. Decor - The whole unit is done in white and shades of aqua with lots of beachy elements. It’s pretty cute if you like the beach, and you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t, right? Kitchen - The kitchen is well stocked. I brought a corkscrew and a digital instant read thermometer just in case, but there are plenty of corkscrews and there is even a food thermometer! The can opener is a hand crank one. There are plenty of plates, cups, wine glasses, but if you’re a coffee lover you might be washing mugs. The pots and pans work and the utensils and knives are well stocked. There are TWO blenders in the dry bar! In the winter, it takes the water in the kitchen sink forever to heat up. All the appliances are full sized and there are some kitchen towels and oven mitts. Dining area - The dining room table is not really big enough for a laptop and two monitors. Hopefully not too many people are worried about that. The chairs are great for eating a meal, but they aren’t exactly all day chairs either. I need to get better at working from just the laptop so I can sit in more comfortable places. Lighting is good! Living room - The TV/cable situation is a little difficult to figure out, even with the guide in the binder. If you want to plug in your own chromecast or video game system you might have a hard time getting to the plugs. The couches are very comfortable and don’t feel cheap. Great ocean view! This is right next to the screened in porch, which does have power outlets, a table, and places to hang towels or bathing suits. Bed/Bath - I stayed in the room overlooking the ocean. My bed was supportive and memory foamy. There were extension cords to plug in electronics on the nightstands. The hot water barely lasted for my whole shower, but my showers are long and it was winter time, so not bad. All the sinks are pedestals, so don't bring your cell into the bathroom. Wifi - The wifi was very fast. I ran google’s speed test a few times and I got 270.4 mbps down and 258.3 up. But it's unsecured, so you may want a VPN. Nice place!

Great location and property. Downside renting linens AND making beds, no toilet tissue, and laundry was loaded with soiled linens from previous guests. Would rent again and hope cleaning service was on their game.

location for the beach was perfect! Only having to walk a short distance from condo to sand was a big bonus! Condo was cute and decorated very well. Would recommend and stay in this condo again.

The condo at Seascape 107 was very well decorated and clean. I have been going to North Myrtle Beach for over thirty years staying at seascape. This was my first time in unit 107 . By far the best one of all I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend this unit.

We are grandparents to our two precious granddaughters, Kinsley and Sloane (and another one coming September 2023) and our first grandson, Sully. We have made a lifelong dream come true with the purchase of our oceanfront condo. We hope to make many treasured memories here and wish the same for your family.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect location for your stay at North Myrtle Beach. It is located on Crescent Beach with pristine, white sand beaches and only 2 miles North of Barefoot Landing and many other attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf. The Seascape is a 3-story building (only 30 units), so no waiting on that elevator (107 is on the first floor). You will find less of a crowd along the beach and at the pool with this low rise complex. Most units are not rentals.

What makes this property unique

This first floor oceanfront condo is sure to please you. It's new "beachy" vibe will absolutely put you in vacation mode as soon as you step through the door. The two separate balconies offer magnificent views of sunrises, sand dunes, and dolphins playing in the surf.
