- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

- Parking: private garage with room for 2 smaller vehicles or 1 large vehicle.

- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Guests will have full access to the house and includes a 2 car garage.

The house is located on 6th Avenue and Blue River Parkway. The house is one of 35 properties located in the brand new development called Summit Blue. You are able to get on the bike path/walking path steps from the house. In addition you are located within 45 minutes of 6 ski resorts.

The house contains a two car garage. It is within walking distance of the town of Silverthorne so that you can easily walk to eat or shop.
