Shabby Chick Studio in the heart of OC

The Shabby Chick is Located on the back of our home and has its on private entrance;
We have two BullDogs that are very friendly and cute, they are big but super friendly;
The Shabby Chick has a nice landscaping around and has everything you need inside; toasteroven or microwave, fan, air conditioner, shower, plates, cup, etc… well decorated
In the bathroom almost everything you need and a robe if you need and towels…and peaceful and Drama free

We had such a nice stay here! Host communication was good, and the space was so adorable. It is small but was just fine for my needs and was very clean, charming, and nicely appointed. Safe neighborhood, not far from shopping/restaurants/etc

This studio was even better than advertised. Attention to detail was excellent and quality of craftsmanship was superb. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom has everything you could need, Private, quiet and minutes away from South Coast and other shopping make this a perfect location to experience the best of beaches, food, and nearby attractions. I will definitely stay here again and Andrea is an excellent host!

OC Fair trip

We came to visit friends and family. Went to the fair being able to walk from the vrbo was really nice. We went whale watching in Newport Beach had a great time. Everything was close by. If you plan on cooking meals there is no oven or microwave just a heads up it didn’t really bother us.

Beautiful Bungalow & Great SoCal Location

The host Andreia went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The studio was beautiful decorated and had a lovely smell and was very comfortable. She even left a snack gift basket welcoming us. This is a prime location if you want beach time, great food or shopping galore. On top of all that her property has gorgeous flora. The garden designing reminds me of being at a resort. There is a table and chairs right outside the studio to relax, eat and enjoy the scenery. It's just a fantastic stay whatever your plans may include. Oh and bonus to me her dogs are super sweet and cute!
