Grill outback & yard for games. Fenced in yard, safe for children. Outdoor shower. 2nd floor deck off master bedroom. Beach cart, umbrella, chairs, toys, boogie boards. Walk less then 1 block to Rita's ice cream, Andres Italian Restaurant, Crab shack, Yannis, library, shops, church & never start your car. Beach bar & restaurant 1 block away. 7 minutes to casinos & night life and shopping outlets. Atlantic City new waterpark.

Fantastic Location (town and beach)

The house is perfectly placed from restaurants/stores and a five(5) min walk to the beach. You can't get any better! The stay was great, the house was clean and well maintained, and the host was VERY easy to talk with and coordinate. We WILL stay again. I highly recommend it!

Our stay here was great! The location is perfect - half a block to the Main Street with lots of food options, liquor store, etc. and beach access at the other end of the street. It was super quiet. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning and appliances were all great. The backyard is so lovely and we enjoyed all the different outdoor spaces to hang out. The beach wagon was also really helpful. Communication with John was always very fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great House!

Our family had a great week at the house! Couldn’t have asked for a better location - great proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. We had an issue with the air conditioning (our fault, we hit a switch by accident) and John was super communicative and walked us through how to resolve the issue almost immediately when I got in touch with him. All in all, highly recommend if you are looking for a solid house in a fantastic location.

Great house in an ideal location

House was lovely. Plenty of space for multiple friends/families with kids. Very well stocked and offered bath towels and linens, which is rare. Fenced backyard was a huge plus! And you cannot beat the location. Walkable to restaurants, liquor store across the street and less than a block to the beach. The VRBO listing was a little limited, but the owners were very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!

Great week at the beach!

My family stayed at this house for a week in July. We had 8 adults and 3 small kids. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the beach, nearby shops and even a great park, Shark Park, about a half a mile away. The house was spacious and fit everyone comfortably. We spent the days at the beach and then sat outside on the front or back porch each night. The owner was very responsive to any inquires. Highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Beautiful Home

Great house, well maintained, with an immaculate property. The ONLY negative is the hosts do not leave extra garbage bags or toilet paper, which we all thought was really weird. Especially if you don’t realize it when you’re in the moment and actually need those items.

Great house, great location, great host.

Check in was extremely easy, the host was easy to get in touch with and helpful with any questions we had. The house itself was great, updated, clean, and has everything you would need. The location is perfect, only a half block to the beach and right within walking distance to some shops, the liquor store, smoothie shop, and more. I would recommend to anyone this is a great place to stay.

Can I keep it all to myself?

Can't say enough good things. Great property, perfect location, shops nearby, owners super responsive and weather was perfect. My extended family was 11 had plenty of room and all had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!
