Your whole group will love this cozy home featuring a hint of coastal casual style! Enjoy time in the fully fenced in backyard playing games or having a meal on the patio in the hot tub or next to the fire pit. The full kitchen opens into the dining room, living room & outside areas. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway where you don't have to always leave the home to have an amazing time! A quick drive to the beach as well as many restaurants, bars, shops & Historic St. Augustine.

Walk into a spacious open living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining area, filled with natural light and a coastal color pallet.

Sleeping arrangements -
Bedroom 1 - one queen with en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2 - one queen
Bedroom 3 - two twins
Bedroom 2 - one queen
Shared full bathroom in hallway with bath/shower combo
Livingroom - queen pull out couch

Outside in the backyard there is a private covered dining area and fire pit. On the side are two swings!

There is a washer and dryer available for use in the garage as well as beach gear.

The house is fully available to guests, you are welcome to pull into the garage or use it as storage. There is also plenty of space for parking in the driveway.
