Built in 2022, this coastal craftsman residence has it all. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, chef's kitchen, private patios, and family room. Directly off the kitchen is a private patio with BBQ grill and brand new outdoor dining set. Steps away is our large community pool, private dock with water access, life-size chess and checkers, outdoor lounge with fireplace, and bocce and pickleball courts!
