We needed a place to stay for a family funeral, it was clean and a place where we could stay with our adult children and grandchildren.

Home away from home

This was a great house to stay while our sons were at a wrestling tournament 10 min away. We had 3 couples in our house, and we had plenty of room. Felt very much at house with the house being decorated for Christmas too. We would definitely book again.

Nice house within walking distance to LHU

Owner was easy to get in contact with. Kitchen was well stocked. They even had pasta, bagels, cream cheese, juice and a basket of snacks! Plenty of towels and all beds had linens and pillows. Plenty of space for our two families and the kids loved the games! We were visiting our oldest who attends Lock Haven University and could walk to her dorm. Will definitely stay again when visiting her.

Great location for hiking and biking

Property was very clean and well stocked. I had to ask for the code to get in and finally had to call to get the code. Asked to raise the temp in the house, never responded.

Looked clean but wasn’t.

The property was well equipped with entertainment for the kids. However while the floor appeared clean my children’s feet were black from walking on the carpet. Something has also bit my kids legs up. Only 3 forks. Two men showed up to yard work cussing. We could hear them inside the house. We were not told they would be there and found it very scary. Two small window units to cool whole house. It was upper hot! Plastic sheets on the bed made it even hotter. We contacted the owner and asked to reimbursed because we were leaving he said no. We left the house at midnight on the first night there. We were supposed to have been there June 3-7. So we lost all our money. Stayed at Lindsey suites. It was clean there and nothing bit my kids. We didn’t sweat to death at Lindsey suites either.

The downstairs unit is 20,000 BTUs, ensuring a comfortable environment. 2. **Cleanliness:** Our carpets are guaranteed to be clean, and we take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the house, including all forks, knives, and spoons. 3. **Steps and Access:** The property is a two-story house, as detailed in our listing. We understand that the steps might be challenging, but this information was clearly stated to ensure transparency. 4. **Mosquitoes:** We are aware of the mosquito issue outside. Despite taking measures to control them, such as regular pictures and checks, some might still be present. We recommend using repellent when spending time outdoors. 5. **City Workers:** The men you saw outside were city workers, addressing street maintenance unrelated to our property. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
