Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash: gather all trash and place in green dumpster at bottom of hill Towels/Linens: place all used towels and sheets in front of the washer
Dishes/appliances: place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it. If you use the coffee pot please clean it and empty coffee grounds out of it. Place all remotes back in respective locations
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
