All was just as advertised! Nice clean, comfortable place, host was great at communication and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Beautiful, clean home in a great location! We were within walking distance to the beach (2 minutes). We had two parking spots and the street was not crowded. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I do recommend bringing your own beach cart, chairs and toys. There is one older man with a small dog who lives above, but is mostly quiet and the dog is never in the yard.

Great location, but amenities did not match the listing description and the unit was not comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. There was no kitchen or dining room table, and the bar could sit two adults (you could see from the pics that 3 stools fit side by side but you can't sit on them in that position). There was no hot tub at all, despite one being listed. There was no backyard light so utility in that space was limited to daytime. While the bedrooms were fine, there was very limited space for 7 guests to comfortably enjoy the kitchen/living room. The host was responsive and updated the listing description after our stay and our communications with them.

We just returned from an incredible trip to Brigantine, New Jersey, where we celebrated our mom’s 80th birthday—and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This place was spotless, beautifully renovated, and clearly very well maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it felt like a true home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!
