Bring the family to this great beach townhome.South end Brigantine beach on inlet walking distance to beach, Wawa, Dunkin', pizza, bagels etc. Enjoy dining on deck with grill or have coffee or afternoon cocktail on master bedroom balcony. Wash off from beach in the outside shower before lounging in the spacious family room with TV , fireplace, and games. Washer/dryer in unit. . Enjoy everything Brigantine has to offer & only 5 min to Borgata. Great dining and attractions. 6 beach tags included
The space
2 story townhome with living room dining room half bath and full kitchen with granite countertops. Washer/dryer. Deck off of kitchen with grill and outside shower. . Second floor has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. 2 full updated bathrooms with showers. Master bedroom has a balcony to relax. All bedroom have fans plus central air condition. 2 car private driveway plus off street parking. Recently purchased so all new furniture.

From south jersey but we currently live full time in the Monmouth county area. Although we are close to do many beaches up here we love coming down to a brigantine to see family and get away from it all. It truly is an island you’ll love for life.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in south jersey and have such great memories of this area. When our kids were young we would rent in Brigantine bc I always felt it had everything you would want in a beach town.

It’s beachy and cozy. Close to food and shopping but quiet and relaxing.
